Bamboo in snow: Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve in St. Louis and it started to snow. As I've said before, I think snow and bamboo go great together, so I've snapped a few photos.

I boosted the contrast quite a bit in these photos, but it just emphasizes the beauty of the combination of this wonderful plant and wintry weather I think.








Merry Christmas again, and I'll continue with the second half of 2008 in the history of my garden soon.

    Thanks Gerhard! Hope you got the snow you were waiting for. It must be nice to live in zone 9 and only have to drive for a couple of hours to have a White Chistmas! :-)
