Big leaves, big texture

castor bean,
elephant ears,
foliage
After finding the spider mite infestation on my one black-stem taro (elephant ear) the other day, I decided to take a close look at every elephant ear. I didn't find any more mites, but I did find a lot of great big-leaved texture.
Here's a look at some of what I saw.
Those last two were castor bean leaves -- the rest were Colocasia except for the really dark leaf which is an Alocasia.
Sorry, some days I just don't feel like typing.
.
I enjoyed your leaf patterns. Were these taken against a light source?
Most are just taken from above the leaf outside. Some are taken from underneath the leaf. No extra light sources.
Photos say as much as words sometimes. Maybe you should give yourself a day off sometime, Alan?
