Photo Friday

The cold that has settled into my body has left me unwilling to write more than a few words.


Fortunately the cold has also settled upon my new pond, solidifying, texturing, giving me a wonderful new subject to photograph. Photos only today.

    Very cool! (pun totally intended!) I love the third photo where the ice comes to a point off the rock, and you can see the pebbles underneath.

    har de har har. I'm with Gerhard, I've miraculously escaped the cold weather this season but I suspect it's just around the corner. Beautiful pictures btw, ice creatures such interesting fractals.

    It's really cooling down fast in Missouri. I've seen some sheet ice on the water buckets, but nowhere close to that extent of freezing.

    I love ice photos whatever they may seem like, because I haven't experienced full snow yet. We dont have your seasons, we only have the dry and the wet.
