I could also have chosen "juicy", "delicious", or "cherry cheesecake" (even though that last one doesn't really make sense -- it's what these photos remind me of though).

"Cherry cheesecake" makes perfect sense to me! In fact, when I saw the first photo, I thought it was of a baked dessert :-)
I get the Cherry Cheesecake!! Lovely photographs!
