Just Pretty
Not much to say today, so you know what that means: photos!
Starting with some azaleas from Mike's garden.
I don't grow any azaleas, but I really appreciate their visual WOW when they're in bloom in other gardens.
To me they're just too "blah" for most of the year, when not in bloom.
Seeing them used like this makes me reconsider every spring though:
Next up, wild columbine (Aquilegia canadensis):
I just got this plant at a wildflower sale a few weekends ago, which I'll talk more about soon.
Before seeing this plant in person, I thought the blooms were a bit weak compared to the various cultivated types you can get. Seeing them live though... love them!
