This is one of my favorite holidays, not because of its namesake (whose worthiness of a holiday is questionable), but because it's not celebrated by most, and it comes at such a great time of year.
So today I'll be doing some work in the garden, then going to do something fun... not that digging trenches or hauling mulch isn't fun.
I'm not sure what it will be yet. In past years I've gone to the Missouri Botanical Garden, but we'll see. Perhaps the zoo? Maybe a hike at Shaw Nature Reserve?
Anybody else going to have fun today?

ReplyDeleteA four day weekend for us - so a nice mix of fun and getting the yard ready for the upcoming season. And in a few cases, those were the same thing!
