Not enough curves

I realized something this morning when looking out the bedroom window over the garden.


I don't have enough curves out there. Something bold that catches the eye yet harmonizes with the surrounding plants and structures.

Sure, all of the paths curve, and the beds themselves all have curved edges, but I'm talking about vertically -- something you can see from across the way. Something more bold.

The pond netting support contributes, but in a plastic, temporary way.


There are some curved branches in the wild strip in back...


...but you can't see those during the warmer months.


The drooping veggie bed lines are temporary too.

I'll have to think about this a bit, as all of the ideas for adding curves I have right now are impractical...
