Delicious Spring?

There are tastes of Spring in the air...

...and is there a springier taste than rhubarb? (probably)

It's exciting to see it emerging at least!

I wonder if its location right now will prevent it from being deer or woodchuck nibbled like it was last year?

Rhubarb is one of those weird edibles: parts of the plant are poisonous! It's the Fugu of the garden (or one of them).
